Panicking your way through exams right now?⁠

I've got good news is, it can be LESS SH*TTY! 🌈⁠

Here are a few tips to help get you through exams without tossing your sanity out the window:⁠

✅ Go sit down with your TA's and Professors to gain clarity on any lingering gaps in your comprehension⁠
✅ Watch YouTube videos to help you understand the content⁠
✅ Skip 'busy work' and go straight to whatever helps you absorb content the fastest⁠
✅ Listen to your body. Seriously. Studying past the point of exhaustion isn't productive or helpful. Sit still, close your eyes, and ask yourself "what do I need right now?" "how do I need to be taken care of?". A walk around the block in some fresh air, nutritious food, or a power nap can completely turn your day around⁠
✅ Treat yourself to something fun at the end of your exams! Having a fancy drink, luxurious bath, or the longest nap of your life to look forward to can make studying much more pleasurable⁠
